Medusa
Medusa (they/them), a revenge-pop artist, began their music career anonymously in 2017. The next year, they released "Residuals" and "Rosie," tackling issues like eating disorder recovery and assault. Their coming-of-gender LP "Boy of The Year" bolstered their presence in the underground queer scene; fans added their music to nearly 200,000 playlists.
Known for innovative sounds, Medusa's music often incorporates unique elements for emotional expression. Accolades include SXSW Official Artist and Audiofemme's 2022 Agenda Grant. Their next project is an album and short film, "Allegory of The G/rave."
